The class 11th book had introduction lessons for computer science to beginners like - Introduction to Computer Science, History of Computer Science, Problem Solving, etc. I skipped these basic chapters and jump to the 5th Chapter i.e., Getting Started with Python. You can also download these books from the NCERT official website for free.
